To support our R&D division, we are currently looking for a (m/f): Research Manager Proteins Job description: Competence building in protein : analysis, functionality, modification; to build an external network, to follow-up and anticipate trends and issues. Be an expert within the Puratos matrix organization. Innovation : to initiate and participate to new research projects related with protein use in close collaboration with BU’s. Develop new approaches in proteins taking into account nutritional evolutions (satiety,…), economical necessities, sustainability.. Training : organize an internal training on technical aspects of proteins for group organization. Support to purchasing department and countries to leverage our knowledge towards partnering collaboration. Profile: In depth knowledge of proteins of different origin (more/other than gluten : egg, pea, soy, milk, ..) : composition, functionalities, processing, analysis Competence to motivate and influence people in a nonhierarchical setting External networking capacity and communication skills. Understand the global picture (markets, evolutions,…). Result driven. Efficient project management. Presentation skills and reports.
